Baseball, like any other team game, is a combination of athletes’ physical abilities and well-thought-out strategy. At the same time, many experts agree that the main thing here is each specific confrontation between pitcher and batter, which gives it a certain spirit of individualism. The main duties of a baseball player are roughly as follows:
- Regular attendance at practices (most often – almost every day).
- Participating in his team’s games.
- Following a regimen (nutrition, sleep and wakefulness, physical activity).
- Regular medical check-ups.
- Participation in club events other than games (e.g. press conferences).
Program Goal: To raise the level of play and to learn the technical and tactical aspects of baseball in depth.
