Our Baseball School offers several training options. The coaches are experienced professional baseball instructors who put relationships first, and they really care about the people they coach and develop. The staff at the baseball school do everything with their hearts and pay great attention to detail.
With the priority of building relationships, they get to know the individual right away, and so we can quickly understand the players’ personality and character. This allows the staff to better understand the approach they are taking and the best way to communicate information that will be more effective for each player.
Program Goal: To learn the basic skills and basic rules of baseball, creating a solid foundation for development in the sport.
Content:
- Learning the basic rules and terms of baseball.
- Training in throwing, catching and hitting techniques.
- Work on physical fitness: strength exercises, running, flexibility.
- Analysis of game situations and tactical aspects of baseball.
- Sparring and practical training on the field.
